QC Airport & Allegiant Flight Giveaway Official Rules
1. Eligibility:
This giveaway is open only to permanent legal U.S. residents, 18 years of age or older, at the time of entry. Employees of the Metropolitan Airport Authority of Rock Island County, Illinois (the “Authority” or “Sponsor”) and its Board of Commissioners, QCIA Airport Services, LLC, Allegiant Air, LLC (“Allegiant”) and (collectively the “Giveaway Parties”), and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. All travel is subject to any and all restrictions imposed by Allegiant, the Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, or the Airport Police and Fire Department of the Authority. No purchase is necessary to win, and a purchase does not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited by law. Participation constitutes participant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these “Official Rules”.
2. Sponsor:
The Sponsor of this giveaway is the Authority. All comments, questions and complaints regarding this giveaway must be directed to the Sponsor only.
3. How to Enter:
On November 6, 2025, the Sponsor will make a dedicated post on its Facebook page specifically mentioning this giveaway (the “Post”). During the Giveaway Period, an entrant must do the following:
- Follow Facebook.com/qcairport on Facebook;
- “Like” the Post; and
- Comment on the Post with your favorite Allegiant destination.
Limit of one (1) entry per participant. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different identities, registrations, or logins, or any other methods, will void that participant’s entry and that participant may be disqualified from the entire giveaway. Entries generated by a script or other automated means or entries that do not meet the requirements or are incomplete will be disqualified. The use of computer programs and/or other automatic entry methods, (such as bots), as a method of entry is strictly prohibited. Proof of entering information is not considered proof of delivery to or receipt by the Sponsor of an entry. All entries become the exclusive property of the Authority and will not be acknowledged or returned. Entries must follow the submission requirements set forth above and comply in all respects with these Official Rules. Entries may be subject to review by Sponsor prior to posting online. By submitting your entry, you represent that your entry conforms to the submission guidelines set forth above and with all of these Official Rules.
4. Giveaway Period:
The giveaway begins at 6 p.m. CST on November 6, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM CST on December 5, 2025 (the “Giveaway Period”).
5. Odds:
The odds of winning are dependent upon the number of entries received.
6. Winner Selection & Notification:
One (1) winner will be selected at random from eligible entries. The winner will be notified via direct message from the official Quad Cities International Airport social media account and announced publicly before December 10, 2025. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification or rejects the prize, a new winner may be selected.
7. Prize Details and Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”):
The winner will receive one, five hundred dollar ($500) Allegiant flight voucher to be used for travel departing from Quad Cities International Airport (MLI) on an Allegiant flight. Total ARV is five hundred dollars ($500). The prize is awarded “as is” and does not include any amenities. Neither the Authority nor any of its affiliates make or offer any warranty or guarantee, either express or implied (including, without limitation, quality, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose) in connection with this giveaway or prize. This prize consists only of the item listed, has no cash value to be redeemed, and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged. Winners are required to comply with any and all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules and regulations and are responsible for all income taxes of any kind related to the prize. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen vouchers. Sponsor is not liable for any missed events, any opportunities or expenses incurred because of any flight cancellation/delay or ground transportation delay. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any transportation or other prize element.
8. Additional Conditions for Travel Prize Winners:
Allegiant is not responsible for flight cancellations, weather conditions or accommodation requests or any other circumstance beyond its control, or for inability of winner to travel in accordance with these Official Rules. All other expenses not specifically mentioned herein, including, but not limited to, meals, gas, parking fees, insurance, tolls, beverages, activities, incidental hotel expenses, resort fees, transportation, taxes and/or gratuities are the sole responsibility of the winner. Allegiant travel vouchers are valid for one year from date of issuance. All booking and travel must be completed within one year. Any amounts due above the value of the travel voucher are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Any unused amounts of the travel voucher will be forfeited. The winner is responsible (at his/her expense) for ensuring that he/she has a valid required travel documentation. The winner and anyone traveling with the winner must comply with all airline and security requirements. Additional terms and conditions located at www.allegiantair.com apply to air travel.
9. General Conditions:
Each winner’s acceptance of a prize constitutes permission and signifies winner’s agreement and consent (except where prohibited) that the Sponsor and/or may use their name, likeness, and/or social media handle for any and all public relations, advertising, and/or promotional purposes as determined by the Sponsor, in all forms of media and by all manners (now and hereafter known), worldwide, including the internet, in perpetuity, without notice, consent, review or approval and without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. The Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway, in whole or in part, including but not limited to, if any occurrences, technical issues, or other unforeseen events compromise the fairness or integrity of the giveaway.
10. Release and Dispute Resolution:
All participants, as a condition of participation in this giveaway, agree to indemnify, release, and hold harmless, the Giveaway Parties and their respective past, present, or future appointed Board of Commissioners, employed officials, directors, officers, heirs, successors, executors, administrators, agents, legal representatives, assigns, subsidiaries or other units operated by the Giveaway Parties, and Facebook, Instagram from all manners of actions, causes of actions, debts, claims, and demands for or by any reason and any and all liability related to this giveaway or the prize. This release is also given with the express intention of binding any spouse, heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives, and assigns to the same. The terms of this release are contractual and will be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of the State of Illinois without giving effect to its or any other state’s choice of law or conflict of law statutes, rules or regulations and that if any terms or provisions are found to be illegal or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining portions shall remain valid and enforceable. Participants agree that the venue for any and all disputes, claims, or causes of action arising out of or in connection with this giveaway shall be in the Illinois Circuit Court of Rock Island County.
11. Modification, Suspension and Termination:
If for any reason any portion of this giveaway cannot be executed as planned, including the start and end dates of the Giveaway Period and the date(s) in which the winner is selected, and for any other reason, including but not limited to any reason beyond Sponsor’s control, infection by virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, email transmission failures, social media mandate, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor that corrupt or affect the security, administration, integrity, fairness or proper conduct of this giveaway, or if this giveaway is compromised or becomes corrupted in any way, electronically or otherwise, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void suspect entries/entrants, select alternate or additional winner(s), and/or modify, suspend and/or terminate this giveaway. If the giveaway is terminated before the stated end date of the Giveaway Period, Sponsor may select the winner from among all applicable eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the time/date of termination of the giveaway.
12. Privacy:
The personal information collected through this giveaway is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy located at www.qcairport.com/privacy-policy. By entering this giveaway, each entrant agrees that the Sponsor, its agents and/or representatives may store, share and use the personal information he/she submitted with his/her entry for the purpose of administering the giveaway and agrees to the collection, use and disclosure of his/her personal information as described in these Official Rules, in the above Privacy Policy and as permitted by law.
13. Limitation of Liability:
By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and the Giveaway Parties, from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) your participation in the giveaway and/or your acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the giveaway; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the giveaway or the processing of entries. You acknowledge that this giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook or Instagram.
14. COVID-19 Release:
By entering into this giveaway and accepting the prize you and anyone else booked on your itinerary voluntarily assume all risks of exposure to COVID-19.
15. Severability & Conflicts:
The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any giveaway-related materials or made by any representative of Sponsor, and the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control.
