Lost Ticket

Your parking ticket is automatically linked to your license plate when you enter the parking lot. If you have lost your ticket, just drive up to the exit lane. Your rate will automatically be displayed. You can also pay at the parking station in the airport terminal by baggage claim by entering your license plate

Receipts - Missing or replacement

Need a receipt? Scan the QR code on your ticket within 48 hours of leaving the lot to access your receipt.

Passenger pick-up and drop-off at Quad Cities International Airport

Curbside Passenger Drop-off & Pick-up

The inside and outside pick-up and drop-off lanes at Quad Cities International Airport (MLI) are for ATTENDED VEHICLES ONLY. Travelers can drop off or pick up passengers at the curb for free at any time. Please note that this policy may change at any time in accordance with TSA regulations or for national security reasons.

Free Cell Lot for Passenger Pick-up

Picking up a friend or family member? Take advantage of our FREE While-You-Wait Cell Lot, located east of the terminal. Simply park and wait for your traveler’s call. Once they’ve collected their bags from baggage claim, follow the frontage road to Exit 6 or 7 for curbside pick-up—these doors are the closest to baggage claim for quick and convenient service.
