Maintenance Worker – FT
The Metropolitan Airport Authority seeks a full-time Maintenance Worker to join our Building Maintenance team. Duties include maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all building systems, including but not limited to HVAC, plumbing, basic electrical, exit booths and parking lot. Selected candidate must have a valid driver’s license and be able to travel to Quad City International Airport within 45 minutes in order to fulfill on-call responsibilities. Pay commensurate with experience and qualifications with range starting at $21.09/hour. Selected candidate must pass a post-offer background check and drug screen. QCIA Airport Services, LLC: QCIA Application
Customer Service Agent (CSA) – PT
QCIA Airport Services is seeking a part-time Customer Service Agent. The Customer Service Agent (CSA) assists passengers with check-in procedures, sells tickets and facilitates the passenger boarding process. Additionally, the CSA performs ground services duties including but not limited to loading and unloading baggage, positioning loading bridges, and deicing planes. This position includes regular outside work and varied hours, including nights, weekends and holidays. This position requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently. To be considered, applicants must possess a valid driver’s license and be available to work all days of the week and all shifts of the day as scheduled. Work experience that includes face-to-face customer contact is required. Starting pay is dependent on qualifications and experience. This position includes flight benefits. Selected candidates must pass a post-offer background check, physical, and drug screen.
