Yes. Take the ticket at entry — it holds the QR code you'll scan to pay from your phone. Your plate is matched to that ticket so the exit gate can open automatically once you've paid.
No problem — payment is by credit or debit card (no cash). Pay at the Pay-On-Foot terminal by baggage claim, or with a card at any exit lane. Pay-by-phone is simply the fastest way through.
No problem — scan one of the QR codes posted around the terminal, enter your license plate by hand, and pay that way. Alternatively, just drive to any exit lane; the kiosk will automatically pull up your rate even without a ticket.
Your paper ticket is the backup. Scan it at any pay station or the exit lane and an attendant is available to assist if needed.
