Ground Transportation
The Metropolitan Airport Authority of Rock Island County (MAA) oversees the taxi cab and shuttle operations. Guidelines and Customers' Bill of Rights & Responsibilities are posted in a glass case adjacent to the phone board located on the east wall of the baggage claim area. It should be noted that many of these providers require a reservation particularly in the evening hours. The following taxi and shuttle services pay a monthly fee to be a licensee at the airport:

These companies may be available in designated parking stalls outside of Exit 7 or they can be contacted by using the phone board located at the baggage claim. On the phone board you will find a complimentary two-digit phone number to dial for rates and services. Although you are welcome to be dropped off or picked up by the company of your choice, you would need to make those arrangements on your own.
Rental Car Companies
The following major rental car companies are located in the public terminal inside exits 6 & 7, on the east end, near baggage claim. The return lot is located east of the terminal building, and has an entrance sign into the rental car lot. Rental & return parking stalls are signposted and designated accordingly.

METRO Public Transportation
The Quad City Int’l Airport is accessible via the METRO, on the Route 20 Blue. The METRO bus stops in front of the terminal twice an hour, at :16 after and :46 after the hour. Monday through Friday the route starts at 6:10 a.m. and ends at 6:10 p.m. On Saturday the route begins at 8:40 a.m. and ends at 6:10 p.m. On-demand service outside of these hours can be scheduled by calling (309) 788-3360. No bus service on major holidays.
Hotel Courtesy Phone Center
The reservation desk of local hotels is available at the touch of a button when you use the Courtesy Phone Center located along the east wall in the baggage claim area of the airport.
